In-stock orders will be packed and shipped 2-5 business days after the order has been made. Please make sure your address is correct! Our Hanok Home is not responsible for shipping to the wrong address. Shipping is through USPS, UPS, or DHL based on the destination.

Shipping rates are based on location, weight, and speed of delivery that are calculated at checkout.

All purchases are final & not eligible for a return or exchange. Order cancellations can only be made within the first hour of purchase as they are made to order.  

OHH is a small business making small batch collections and products. There are variances in size, color, and characteristics from piece to piece (even of the same design).

We celebrate these differences and like to think of the them as belonging to a family vs. being perfect clones of each other. If you aren't sure about making a purchase by looking at the pictures online, please reach out for more details or photos.

If your purchase was damaged, please reach out within 2 days of the item being delivered with photos.

OHH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been submitted to a shipping facility like UPS, USPS, or DHL. We are also not responsible for any returned packages due to customer error. Please keep an eye on your goods with the tracking number emailed to you after your purchase.
